Our “Doors Open” Social Gathering begins at 6:30 PM, followed by a short business meeting at 7:00 and the evening’s program.

BVSC Meetings General Information:

We start regularly scheduled monthly club meetings at 6:30 with a half hour of informal socializing, stamp talk and networking. There are informal meetings in July and August. In April, we hold our annual Delpex Stamp Show.

The formal meeting starts at 7:00 pm with club news and business, followed by the program. We typically have a 50/50 drawing at each meeting (3 tickets/$2) to benefit our educational programs. Visitors are encouraged to join us at 6:30 for a meet and greet with our regular members.

The Brandywine Valley Stamp Club usually meets on the second Wednesday of each month at The Summit Retirement Community meeting rooms. Annual dues are $15.00 and are due in January. You can join us here.

In addition, we have a Stamp Swap and/or Silent Auction several times during the year; see program schedule and Newsletter for details.
